Orginally involved on the finance side, Jimmy was a partner in the largest privately held mortgage company in the Northwest.  In his career, Jimmy has been part of over $650,000,000 of residential and commercial real estate transactions. "My real estate finance background has been a tremendous asset to our clients, especially in this current market. Having the ability, and experience to understand the lenders side of the transaction, gives us an advantage when dealing with Short Sales, REO's, Foreclosures, and Distressed assets".   As President of Avalon Properties, Jimmy uses his bank relationships, sales experience, and marketing knowledge as an integral part of the Avalon Properties team.
